REFUND POLICY
- Scope of Returns
We support returns in the following situations:
Product damaged during shipping or has quality issues
Received goods do not match the order description
Customer is not satisfied with the product (returns are supported after opening)
- Opened Return Policy
Flivern LLC supports returns of opened goods, but the following conditions must be met:
The product remains largely intact, without serious human-caused damage
All accessories are complete (e.g., packaging, storage bag, instruction manual, etc.)
It does not affect resale or is acceptable as confirmed by customer service.

Contact customer service explaining the reason for the return
Provide the order number and relevant photos (if any)
Customer service will provide return instructions after approval
Return the goods according to the instructions
Refund or exchange will be arranged after confirmation of receipt
